“I don’t think I’m doing bluebonnet minis this year.”

And honestly? I mean it… at the time.

Bluebonnet season can feel impossible to plan. The timing is unpredictable. Locations can change overnight. Finding spots that are safe, private, and actually photograph well isn’t easy. And if you were around last year, you remember Old Baylor really let us down. 😅

But overall. the flowers and fields and photographs are always so beautiful... and it's worth the hassle in the end!

Bluebonnets don’t run on a schedule. They show up when they want, bloom differently every year, and don’t exactly care about our calendars.

That’s why:

Or I may stick with full sessions, scheduling families when and where it works best for them

We’ll see how the season unfolds—but one thing is certain:

There will be wildflowers.
